Activated when a friendly unit becomes the target of an attack but before Dodge rolls are made. Typical Effects:
▪Defensive bonuses
▪Emergency maneuvers
▪Shield reinforcement
Example: Veil Lure Cost: 1 CB Timing: Before Defense Effect: Enemy attacks against the target suffer -1 BS.
