Part V — Leadership, Orders, and Command

Orders Framework Orders represent battlefield directives issued by command-capable ships. Orders are separate from Command Abilities.

▪Orders are issued by individual ships.

▪Orders require Leadership tests.

▪Orders are issued during a unit's activation.

▪Orders do not cost AP.

▪Orders do not use Command Bursts.
