Units composed of multiple bases must designate one base as the Squad Leader. All movement measurements for the unit are taken from the Squad Leader's base. When a unit moves, first move the Squad Leader. Once the Squad Leader has been placed, position the remaining bases so that each base is in contact with at least one other base in the unit, maintaining a continuous chain of contact that connects back to the Squad Leader. At all times, every base in the unit must be linked to the Squad Leader through base-to-base contact. A unit may not be deployed or moved in a manner that breaks this chain of cohesion. If a unit cannot be placed while maintaining cohesion, it must be placed as close as possible while maintaining a continuous chain of contact.
