Fighter Recovery
Under Launch Bays · Section 469 of 608
Part VII — Special Rules · Launch Bays
No Fighter Regeneration: a normal Launch Bay cannot restore destroyed Fighter bases and cannot recover launched Fighter units.
Fighter restoration and recovery are Carrier-specific capabilities and are never inherent to a Launch Bay Tier. This supersedes the older Launch Bay recovery text in the Rulebook.
