Round 1 begins:
1. Roll Initiative.
2. Player A activates a Fighter.
▪Fighter enters from board edge.
▪Moves 15" using Combined Movement.
3. Player B activates a Frigate.
▪Frigate enters from board edge.
▪Moves 9".
4. Continue alternating.
No units begin on the battlefield. This naturally creates the opening approach phase of the battle. Suggested Next Section After Turn Structure, the most important unresolved system is: Orders — what each Order actually does and how Orders are issued. That system will define the command identity of every ship from Destroyers through Dreadnoughts.
