Counting Successes

1. Select an Order. 2. Select a valid target within the Order's range. 3. Roll the issuing unit's LD. 4. Count successes normally. 5. Compare the number of successes to the Order's LD Difficulty. 6. If the result equals or exceeds the LD Difficulty, the Order succeeds. 7. If the result is lower than the LD Difficulty, the Order fails and has no effect.
